Simple Overnight Oat Bran Recipe
Equipment
- 1 small bowl or mason jar with cover
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup oat bran
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any other type of milk you prefer
- ¼ cup plain fat free greek yogurt use another flavor if you wish
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Stevia or any other sweetener you prefer
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together until well blended.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight
- When ready to eat, stir in the toppings of your choice and add a small amount of milk if needed to obtain your desired consistency.
