Simple Overnight Oat Bran Recipe
This simple, basic recipe for overnight oat bran is the starting point for a wide variety of delicious and nutritious breakfasts!
- ⅓ cup oat bran
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any other type of milk you prefer
- ¼ cup plain fat free greek yogurt use another flavor if you wish
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Stevia or any other sweetener you prefer
Mix the ingredients together until well blended.
Cover and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight
When ready to eat, stir in the toppings of your choice and add a small amount of milk if needed to obtain your desired consistency.
