Simple Overnight Oat Bran Recipe

This simple, basic recipe for overnight oat bran is the starting point for a wide variety of delicious and nutritious breakfasts!

  • 1 small bowl or mason jar with cover


  • cup oat bran
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any other type of milk you prefer
  • ¼ cup plain fat free greek yogurt use another flavor if you wish
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Stevia or any other sweetener you prefer


  • Mix the ingredients together until well blended.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight
  • When ready to eat, stir in the toppings of your choice and add a small amount of milk if needed to obtain your desired consistency.
